Is this legal?+

Yes. BountyHouse is a licensed brokerage. The bounty is structured as a referral or cooperating-broker fee, paid from closing proceeds and disclosed on the settlement statement.

Do I need to be a realtor to hunt?+

No. You can earn a bounty as a non-licensed referrer in most states. Where state law requires a license, the bounty pays through our staff agents at the rate you agreed to.

What does BountyHouse charge?+

A flat transaction fee at closing for the legal and brokerage work. The bounty itself is 100% set by the seller.

Can I change my bounty later?+

Yes — until a deal is in motion. Existing hunters who already have buyers in play are protected by your original terms.

What if no one brings a deal?+
